How we work

Organization divisions

Seven specialized divisions turn the organization’s plans into programs, partnerships, publications, representation, and member support.

CRT02

Creatives Division

This division is responsible for creating and editing all publication materials that will be posted on OJFINEX’s social media platform.

STR03

STRAW Division (Students’ Rights and Welfare)

The STRAW Division of the House of Representatives is the resolution team in handling the concerns and grievances of the JFA community.

SPN04

Sponsorship Division

This division finds future potential schools and companies for sponsorships and partnerships, for events or long-term arrangements.

SPT05

Sports Division

The Sports Division is the official OJFINEX team in every sports competition inside and outside the campus, including e-sports.

COR06

CORE Division

The official representative or team for off-campus competitions and certifications organized by affiliated partner financial organizations.

AUD07

Audit Division

Responsible for managing the internal audit function and confirming that the organization’s operations and controls are effective and compliant.
